Clean hotel, very very helpful and absolutely courteous employees on our request. Delicious and bountiful breakfast with many healthy options, perfect location. Amazing beds and it's own balcony and coffee.

The staff were highly courteous and attentive and the facilities provided were really good. I was there for 2 nights and ate at poolside restaurant for a simple lunch.

Got new-fashioned and updated double room with a balcony when arrived, enjoyed that. The venue was in a central location so close to easy bus transportation or water taxis to all disney locations, El Mulino The Italian restaurant and all Disney parks especially Hollywood studios. The place was few metres away from Tubbi's Buffeteria, where you can have dinner.

The noise from construction in the lobby during breakfast can be disruptive to the dining experience.

I loved how spacious and clean our room was during our recent stay at the resort. The water taxi was a convenient way to get to the theme parks, and we had a fantastic experience with the park help desk representative. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was beautiful with smoke detectors for safety measures, and central heating, a personal safe and pay television. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the stuff were courteous and polite.

This was a wonderful stay on vacation. Booked a room for extra towels. Coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were provided if needed. The location was favourable and incredible, near to Disney's EPCOT, all parks, and the boardwalk and Epcot. Furthermore, in the cafe. Loved our stay in this hotel.

I've had an absolutely amazing stay for the 1 night. The hotel was fairly clean with great location in a lovely food court and new-fashioned rooms. I was offered a room with exceptional views of the lake. The staff was amiable, helped me a lot. The breakfast was delicious and awesome, a wide array of great food.
